Magnolia RegionaI Health Center will accept sealed bids for Early Out Self Pay Collections Services: The selected Vendor shall provide collections and customer service services on Early Out Self-Pay Receivable and Customer Service Support from day 1 and provide detail reporting on performance and outcomes. This service will provide additional self-pay collection efforts, including a guarantor statement process after the initial patient statement, to better educate our patients of their financial responsibilities and the numerous program options available to them.  All bids need to be addressed to Purchasing Office, with "Early Out Self Pay” Bid. Attention: Brent Borgman, Dir. Purchasing. 611 Alcorn Drive, Corinth MS 38834, until the 16th day of November, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. C.S.T. at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Executive Conference Room for the purchase of Early Out Self Pay Collections Services.
