After stamping to acknowledge timely receipt, the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Sole responsibility for proper mailing or delivery of any bid in compliance with this advertisement is that of the bidder. Any offer received after closing time will be returned unopened. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid and all Alternates and must be in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond written by a company licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana.
A NON-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held: 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at the Minden High School Auditorium: 400 S College Street, Minden, LA 71055; check in at the front desk.
Complete Bid Documents may be obtained from Yeager, Watson & Associates, Inc., An Architectural Corporation, 808 Versailles Boulevard, Alexandria, LA 71303-2377, (318) 445-2446, upon deposit of $200.00 for each set of documents. The deposit is fully refundable to all planholders upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than fifteen (15) days after receipt of bids. The deposit of all other sets returned after fifteen (15) days will be forfeited.
