Construction Services
The Houma-Terrebonne Housing Authority (“HTHA”) is requesting sealed bids for site infrastructure construction for its future temporary facilities.  Bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on September 27, 2023, and delivered to The Sulzer Group, 4641 Fairfield St, Suite D, Metairie, Louisiana 70006.  HTHA encourages the participation of minority, disadvantaged, small, woman-owned, and veteran-owned businesses.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on September 13th at 1:00 p.m. on the project site located at 207 Senator Circle, Houma, LA 70363.
