INVITATION TO BID
 
Magnolia Regional Health Center will accept sealed bids in the office of Bobbie Cox, Director, Cardiology Services; at 611 Alcorn Drive, Corinth MS 38834, until the 28th day of September, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. C.S.T.  At which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Executive Conference Room for the purchase of: Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation monitoring solution with a goal of improving patient monitoring and outcomes associated with cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, providing scalability to account for future patient volumes over the next 5 years .
 
Specifications for said bid are on file and may be obtained from the MRHC Office of Bobbie Cox, Director, Cardiology Services. Contact Bobbie Cox by email at [email protected].
 
It shall be incumbent upon the bidders to understand the specifications.  Any request for clarification shall be in writing and shall be submitted to the office of Bobbie Cox, Director, Cardiology Services, at least (8) days prior to the time and date set for the bid opening.
 
Bids shall not contain an escalator clause or other provision whereby the bid price is indefinite and any such provisions included in the bid shall be deemed waived by the bidder entering such bid.
 
Bids should be addressed to Magnolia Regional Health Center, 611 Alcorn Drive, Corinth, MS 38834-Attention: Bobbie Cox, Director, Cardiology Services.  Bids are to be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope- Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation monitoring solution.
 
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the designated time for the receipt of the bids. The award, if any, will be made to the lowest and best bidder.
