Notice is hereby given that a sealed Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be received by the Lafayette Parish School Board Purchasing Department, located at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, Louisiana, 70508. Delivery to any other department other than the Purchasing Department is unacceptable and may result in non-consideration of the proposal. Statement of Qualifications will be received until November 14, 2016, 11:00 a.m. CST for: Request for Qualifications: Architectural Design Services For WESTSIDE ELEMENTARY TEMPORARY MODULAR BUILDING SITE PROJECT At Scott Middle School RFQ# 20-17 The RFQ# 20-17 is to obtain a statement of qualification from a qualified Architectural Firm to design the temporary modular building site package which will consist of an estimated scope of twenty-four (24) portable classrooms buildings, a dining room, and a temporary access road at Scott Middle School in Scott, LA within Lafayette Parish School District. At the above stated date and time only the names of the qualification respondents will be read aloud in the Personnel Conference Room. The Lafayette Parish School System strongly encourages the participation of minority business enterprises in all contracts or procurements let by the Board for goods and services. To that end, all contractors and suppliers are encouraged to utilize minority business enterprises in the purchase or sub-contracting of materials, supplies, and services in which minority owned businesses are available. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications for just cause.
