Advertisement for Request for Proposal                
Notice is hereby given that a sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) will be received by the Lafayette Parish School System by the Purchasing Department located at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, LA 70508. Delivery to any other department other than the Purchasing Department is unacceptable and may result in non-consideration of the proposal.
 
Sealed proposals will be received until March 26, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. CST for:
                       
                        Speech and Language Therapy Services
                        RFP #63-18
                       
 
The RFP #63-18 is to obtain a proposal from a reputable firm for speech and language therapy services to service approximately 140 students roughly at multiple private schools within Lafayette Parish.
 
A Request for Proposal package may be obtained from Purchasing Departments of the Lafayette Parish School System located at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, LA  70508 or via the Purchasing Department website at www.lpssonline.com/site638.php or via Central Auction House (registration required) at https://www.centralauctionhouse.com.  Specifications will be available Friday, March 9, 2018.
 
A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on March 19, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. CST in the Personnel Conference Room located at 113 Chaplin Drive Lafayette, LA 70508.
 
On March 26, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. CST, the name of and cost proposal submitted by proposal respondents will be read aloud in the Personnel Conference Room.
 
The Lafayette Public School System strongly encourages the participation of minority business enterprises in all contracts or procurements let by the Board for goods and services.  To that end, all contractors and suppliers are encouraged to utilize minority business enterprises in the purchase of sub-contracting of materials, supplies, and services in which minority owned businesses are available.
 
The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
