Custodial Supplies Bid Request
Effective July 2022 – June 2023
 
 
 
The Assumption Parish School Board will receive electronic bids starting Monday, May 2, 2022, for the following.
 
PAPER GOODS
CLEANING PRODUCTS / CHEMICALS 
All bid documents may be viewed by visiting www.assumptionschools.com/projects.  Bids must be submitted via our e-Procurement site located at www.centralauctionhouse.com.
 
Bids shall exclude any and all taxes.  Act 1029 of 1991 exempts the local governments from state and local sales taxes effective September 1, 1991.  All bids must be submitted electronically.
 
The electronic bids will be opened and tabulated at 10:00 am on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at the Assumption Parish School Board, Central Office, 4901 HWY 308 Napoleonville, LA 70390.  Electronic bids received after 10:00 am on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 will not be accepted.
 
The Assumption Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any quotations and waive any informalities or accept any bids that may serve its best interest.
