Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the following project, will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Lafayette County, Mississippi in the Boardroom of the Lafayette County Chancery Building, Oxford, Mississippi, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 1, 2020 and shortly thereafter they will be publicly opened and recorded for the following project:

Documents are available electronically only, either on www.centralbidding.com or by contacting the County Administrator.  All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration.  Bid Documents production are the responsibility of the Bidder
Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form published in the Contract Documents.
 
Bid envelope must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor’s current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor’s License Number. Envelope containing bids must be sealed, marked and addressed with the Project Name as shown above.  Mark the envelope:  'Bid Enclosed - Do Not Open'.


A pre-bid meeting including the prospective bidder’s opportunity to visit the site is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2020.  Attendance is mandatory to submit a bid.
