Advertisement for Bids                 
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Lower Cameron Hospital Service District d/b/a South Cameron Hospital (SCH), 5360 West Creole Highway, Cameron, Louisiana 70631, for hospital laboratory equipment as delineated on the Proposal Form:
 Bids will be marked as follows:
                        Laboratory Equipment
                        
The bid is for the purchase of hospital laboratory equipment for SCH’s restored hospital building.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above stated time and date at the conference room of the Cameron Parish District Attorney's Office:  110 Smith Circle, Cameron, LA 70631.
Complete bidding documents may be obtained by contacting Braden Ryder by email, [email protected], or by telephone, 337-542-4111. Specifications shall be available to bidders the day of the first advertisement and until 24 hours before bid opening date.

SCH reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.  In accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212, the provisions and requirements of that section, those stated in the Advertisement for Bids, and those required on the bid form shall not be waived by any public entity.
