It is the intent of the Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office to secure pricing on Uniform Requirements. No specific quantities are given or guaranteed. All uniform orders will be on an "as needed " basis only. This contract shall remain in effect for a period twelve (12) months from bid award date. Contingent upon the ability of the successful bidder to honor the quoted bid prices. RPSO reserves the right to renew the existing contract for an additional two (2) years, in one (1) year increments, with a sixty day funding out clause.
