The Chennault International Airport Authority will be accepting sealed bids at its office located at 3650 Senator J. Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, LA 70615, on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m., for:
 
LOUISIANA MILLWORK BUILDING #2 ENVELOPE & INTERIOR REPAIRS
CIAA PROJECT #2020-19
 
Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained from Vincent-Shows-Gautreaux, Architects, APALLC (VSG Architects), 1502 S. Huntington Street, Sulphur, LA 70663, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Friday (337-527-8137).

Each bidder must provide proof of capacity to provide a payment and performance bond in accordance with the specifications. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid must be furnished with the bid.
 
A MANDATORY Pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, March 8, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at the office of the Authority located at 3650 Senator J. Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, Louisiana.
 
The Chennault International Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids for just cause.
