The Harrison County Utility Authority will receive sealed Bids for Odor Control for the West Biloxi, Long Beach/Pass Christian, and South Gulfport Wastewater Treatment Facilities until 10:00 AM, local time, November 14th, 2023. The proposals will be opened and read at that time by the Authority.
 
Bidding Documents may be examined, but not obtained, from the Harrison County Utility Authority, 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport MS, 39503.  Official bid documents can be downloaded from www.centralbidding.com.  Electronic bids shall be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.  Bidder will be liable for all costs related to obtaining documents and/or submitting bids.  Any questions regarding the electronic bidding service should be directed to Marie Ostrander at [email protected] or 228-868-8752.
 
Proposals shall include a proposal security in the amount of 10% of the estimated annual cost of the chemicals.
 
The Harrison County Utility Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids.
