NOTICE TO BIDDERS 
MARIO N COUNTY BO ARD OF SUPERVISORS REPAIR AND RE-ROO F OF THE MARIO N COUNTY SCHOOL
DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIO N BUILDI NG MARIO N COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
 
Sealed bids for the repair and re-roof of the existing Marion County School District Administration Building will be received by the Marion County Board of Supervisors, Mississippi , until 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at the Board Room located at 215 Broad Street ,  Columbia,  MS  39429,  and  shortly thereafter will be opened and publicly read.
 
The work involved in the project includes repair and re-roof of the existing 17 ,000 square foot  building located  at 1010 Highway 13 North, Columbia, Mississippi, as described  in  the  project  Construction   Drawings  and Contract  Documents.                          All documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P.A., 1574 Highway 98 East, Col umbia, Mississippi 39429, (601) 731-2600. A non­ refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of request for Construction Drawings and Contract Documents. A copy of the Contract Drawings and Documents may be examined at the office of Dungan Engineering, P.A., 1574 Highway 98 East, Columbia, Mississippi 39429.
 
Bidders choosing to submit electronically are required to contact the Marion County Board of Supervisors at 601-736-1232 for information regarding electronic bidding requirements.
 
Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents. The Marion County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
