ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS


Sealed bids will be received by the Pointe Coupee Parish Sheriff at the Sheriff’s Conference Room in the Courthouse, 215 East Main Street, New Roads, LA 70760, until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2012, and then publicly opened and read for the purchase of law enforcement equipment ( lights,sirens, etc.) to be installed in patrol vehicles. All bids must include installation of equipment. Specifications and additional information may be obtained from Lt. Joe Major, [email protected] , at (225) 240-9935 or (225) 638-5400 ext. 201.

Please find bid related materials and place electronic bids at www.CENTRALBIDDING.com . Written bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “BID – EQUIPMENT FOR PATROL VEHICLES” and mailed to Lt. Joe Major, P.O. Box 248, New Roads, LA 70760.

The Pointe Coupee Parish Sheriff reserves the right to consider and/or reject any and all bids.
