Notice is hereby given that the City of Horn Lake, Mississippi will receive SEALED BIDS until 3:30 a.m. the 21st day of September, 2020 for the following:

A bid packet may be obtained from the City of Horn Lake Office located at 3101 Goodman Road Horn Lake, MS 38637 or by calling 662-342-3496.

Bids can be mailed or delivered to the City of Horn Lake Office, 3101 Goodman Road, Horn Lake, MS 38637, and received before 3:30 p.m. on September 21, 2020. Official bids documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding .com. Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. Item must be bid as advertised and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope, "SEALED BID FOR CITY VOIP PHONE SYSTEM UPGRADE TO BE OPENED SEPTEMBER 21, 2020". Failure to comply will cause the bid to be disqualified.

The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids received.
