Sealed bids will be received on Thursday, July 11, 2024 by The Roman Catholic Church for the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux, on behalf and for the benefit of the Congregation of St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church until 2:00 P.M. at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of item/items listed below at the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux Pastoral Center; 2779 Highway 311; Schriever LA 70395. Any bid received after the above time and date stated will be returned unopened.

Per RS 37:2163, bids shall be submitted in an envelope displaying the Contractor’s license number, except bids submitted electronically which the contractor may submit an authentic digital signature on the electronic bid proposal accompanied by the contractor’s license number.

It is highly recommended that the envelope be sealed and displays legibly on the exterior, the following:

“All future access to the Project Contract Documents for the DOHT St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church Hurricane Ida Administrative/Rectory Roof Repair, will no longer be accessible through the Central Bidding Website.  Starting June 19, 2024, all access to the Project Documents must be made through the Architect, for copies of the Project Documents, questions or comments, and for any final Addenda.  All communications with the Architect, is as follows:
