Special Education District No. 1 of the Parish of Lafourche is now receiving sealed bids for the leasing for pasture land purposes only on the following described property, to-wit, bid related materials may be obtained and electronic bids may be submitted online at www.centralbidding.com:

Legal Description: Section #3, Township #18 South, Range #21 East, Ward 10, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, containing approximately 2½ acres more or less (cattle grazing).

Instructions for bids
Bid specifications and bid proposal forms may be obtained from Torie Lee at “The Center”,
5510 West Ave D - West 55th Street, Cut Off, LA 70345.

Bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Bid for Pasture Lease”.

THE MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE BID MUST EQUAL TO AT LEAST $2,400.00 PER YEAR

Prospective bidders may wish to obtain a copy of the lease prior to submitting bid to assure themselves of the terms and conditions to which they are bidding. Said copy may be obtained at aforementioned address between 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. from July 21, 2021 through August 16, 2021 excluding weekends and holidays.

Sealed bids will be accepted at Special Education District No. 1 “The Center” no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Monday, August 16, 2021.
