Notice is hereby given that the City of Rogers, hereinafter called the Owner, will accept sealed bids for the Pinnacle Hills Roundabouts and Uptown Street Improvement.  Bids will be accepted at the City of Rogers City Clerk’s Office, addressed to 301 W. Chestnut Street, Rogers, AR 72756, and via electronic bidding through Centralbidding.com until 11:00 A.M. local time on July 7, 2022 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City of Rogers Community Room and via zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84695660039.  Bids received after the indicated date and time will be rejected.
 
Envelope containing the bid should be marked “BID FOR PINNACLE HILLS ROUNDABOUTS & UPTOWN STREET IMPROVEMENT”. 
 
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 2:00 P.M local time on June 20th at the City of Rogers Community Room.
 
Bid will require Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid.  Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of contract will be required of the successful bidder prior to award of the contract.  No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for at least 60 days.

The City of Rogers reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, or to waive any information in bids received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner.
 
The City of Rogers encourages all qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, the City of Rogers encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises.
