The Pointe Coupee Parish Sheriff’s Office (Department) is seeking proposals from qualified proposers who are interested in providing solution system for Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Record Management System (RMS) and Jail Management System (JMS).

The Department seeks a well-qualified and experienced vender to provide a multi-agency Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) suite and allied equipment for multi-discipline (Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Public Works) dispatch and resource management. Comprehensive package will include Mobile Component, Record Management, Incident Report, Evidence Management, Jail Management components. System will seamlessly support 911 Dispatcher incident assigning/tracking, mobile interface leveraging shared database for evidence and Jail Management components.
