The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office is accepting bids for Armorskin Ballistic vest carriers, Short sleeve base shirts, long sleeve base shirts and Armor skin suspension system for a period on year, July 1st, 2020 – June 30th, 2021. Online bids are also being accepted at www.centralbidding.com.
 
The packet given to you will consist of all specifications for the uniforms. The description of the uniforms is from Blauer. Any brands will have to be equivalent to the brands mentioned in the specifications.
 
All armorskin base shirts will have patched sewn on the sleeves.  The Terrebonne Parish Sheriffs Office will provide said patches.
 
Bidders Must provide either onsite fittings on scheduled dates or be within a reasonable driving distance to their facility for walk-in fittings.
 
Successful bidder will be required to supply uniforms within ten (10) days of bid award. Payment will be made within thirty (30) days of delivery.
 
All orders will be delivered in a timely manner. Any continuous delays may cause your bid to be rejected.
 
Specifications may be obtained online @ www.centralbidding.com or from the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office, Motorpool Division at 137 Capital Blvd., Houma LA 70360, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.
 
Bids submitted must be sealed and submitted at the Sheriff’s Office, Motorpool Division at 137 Capital Blvd. Houma, LA 70360 no later than 10:00a.m. June 6th, 2019 to Lt. Robby Dupre, Purchasing agent. Bids received after that time will be returned unopened.
 
The sheriff reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any bids not deemed in the best public interest.
