Project involves replacing 4 boilers: one boiler at Bldg K at Jefferson Davis Campus, Gulfport, MS, one Boiler at Bldg F, Jackson County Campus, Gautier, and two boilers at Perkinston Campus, Perkinston,MS with one boiler for Owen Hall and one boiler for Moran Hall.  The projects shall include demolition of existing boilers with replacement that will include new pumps, flues, gas line connections, hot water supply and return runouts/mains, valves, recharging of chemical of loop, and integration of Bacnet ready boilers into the Siemens front end.  New pumps shall include all accessories per drawings and specifications and connection into Siemens front end.  Insulate all piping and fittings per specifications.  Disconnect and reconnect all electrical from old and reconnect to new boiler with new disconnect and conductors.  New pumps shall be addressed similar to boilers using new vfd for disconnect and connection to Siemens front end.  VFD shall be for balancing purposes.  At Moran Hall all of the exterior roof mounted hot water piping shall be reinsulated its in entirety and shall include aluminum jacket with new roof supports.
