A pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 3 2015 at 10:00 A.M. CST.  Attendance at this meeting is mandatory for potential Proposers.  Any Proposer who does not attend the Pre-Proposal Meeting will not be allowed to submit a proposal.  The meeting will be held in the EJGH Facilities Conference Room at 4200 Houma Boulevard, Metairie, Louisiana, 70006.  Proposers should RSVP no later than June 1, 2015 at 4:30 P.M. CST. to: [email protected].  Attendees are limited to three (3) representatives per Proposer.
