The Work includes site work, concrete walks and drives, site drainage, extruded aluminum canopies, concrete foundations, cmu block veneer, cmu block walls, pre-engineered steel joist roof framing, finish carpentry, millwork,  overhead coiling doors, access control system, security fencing, detention hollow metal doors, detention door hardware, security glazing, lay-in ceilings, suspended security metal panel ceilings, painting, electrical, mechanical, fire alarms, fire suppression sprinkler system, granular surfaced spray-in-place silicone/polyurethane roofing and other systems as described in the contract documents
