The Franklin Parish School Board will be taking sealed bids for the sale of: 7(seven) 16 x 40 x 8 portable classrooms located on the Franklin Parish High School Campus, 1600 Glover Drive, Winnsboro, LA Building numbers are 516, 517, 518, 519, 520, 522, 523 The deadline for submitting bids will be Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 12:00 noon. Bids will be opened on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. at the Franklin Parish School Board Office, 7293 Prairie Road, Winnsboro, LA 71295. A minimum bid of $2,000.00 will be placed on each building. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked, PORTABLE CLASSROOM BUILDING BID with number(s) of building on the bid. These buildings will be sold as is to the highest bidder. The successful bidder will responsible for the removal expense. Building(s) must be removed from Franklin Parish High School Campus by November 30, 2009. A professional mover must be utilized and show proof of liability insurance.
