             IT IS ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of Panola County, MS that the clerk of the Board cause to be published for two consecutive weeks in “The Panolian”, newspaper published in Batesville, MS and having a general circulation in said County the following notice:
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
            Notice that the Board of Supervisors of Panola County, MS on December 13th, 2021 will receive bids until 9:00 a.m. at which time bids will be opened, examined, compared and contracts awarded to the lowest and best bidder for the following items for the year 2022.
1.   Pre-cast concrete bridge slabs, caps rails, etc.
2.   Untreated bridge timber, etc.
3.   Treated bridge timber, etc.
4.   Cutback asphalt for prime coat-State Aid Specs
5.   Asphalt cement for surface treatment-State Aid Specs
6.   Steel and steel bearing pilings
7.   Seal Rock – sizes #7, #8, & #57
8.   Rip Rap - #100, #200 & #300
9.   Concrete
10.  Cover aggregate, type 1 slag or type IV uncrushed
11.  Cover aggregate, type VI slag uncrushed gravel
12.  Bridge guard rails to meet State specs
13.  Hot Mix asphalt, surface and wear course
14.  Road signs
15.  Railroad tanker cars for culvert purposes
16.  Clay gravel-loaded on our trucks
17.  Wash gravel-loaded on our trucks
18.  Metal and concrete culverts
19.  Fiberglass culverts
20.  Plastic culverts
21.  Steel I-Beams and pilings (new or used)
22.  Pre-cast concrete box culverts
23.  Labor to install Pre-cast concrete box culvert

       Administrator’s office)
29.  Emulsified asphalt for surface treatment – State Aid Specs
            Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the County Administrator, 151 Public Square, Batesville, MS 38606 or at www.centralbidding.com  until 9:00 a.m. on December 13th, 2021 at this time bids will be opened, examined, compared and contracts awarded to the lowest or highest and best bidders.  The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
