MAJOR ITEMS OF WORK:  20,000 sf minor renovations of existing metal building warehouse, new 500 sf office, modify fire protection system, fluid applied epoxy floor covering, HVAC & electrical modifications, 600 lf concrete curb and other related infrastructure.
 
A flash drive of the plans, specifications and contract documents may be obtained from the office of the Engineer for a $40.00 nonrefundable fee. Any flash drive requests shall be accompanied by payment in full.
