All asphalt products must meet Louisiana State Department of Transportation and Development, Office of Highways latest standard specifications.

Bidder on hot mix and cold mix to quote price for FOB Plant. In addition, bidder on cold mix to quote price delivered at Maintenance Facility.

Bid to be submitted in sealed envelope marked "BID--ASPHALT.”
