NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The East Feliciana Parish School Board Bid Opening Committee will receive sealed bids until one-thirty P.M. (1:30 P.M.)CDT, Wednesday, June 1, 2011, thereafter to open all sealed bids received at the East Feliciana Parish School Board (Central Office Board Room) located at 12732 Silliman Street, Clinton, Louisiana on the following items:
a. Fiscal Agent
b. Official Journal
c. Pest Control
d. Milk and Milk Products
e. Bread and Bread Products
f. Meats (frozen/processed), Vegetables (canned/frozen), Fruit (canned), Cereal Products, Condiments and Spices
g. Cleaning Supplies, Paper Goods, and Disposals
Bids submitted for Fiscal Agent, Official Journal, Pest Control, Milk and Milk Products, Bread and Bread Products and Cleaning Supplies shall be considered for the 2011-2012 with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012. Bids submitted for Meats, Baker Items, Canned Fruits & Vegetables, Cereal Products, Condiments and Spices shall be considered for the 2011-2012 school year with the term ending on December 31, 2011. Bids must be either hand delivered to East Feliciana Parish School Board at 12732 Silliman Street, Clinton, Louisiana, mailed to East Feliciana Parish School Board, Post Office Box 397, Clinton, Louisiana 70722 or submitted electronically online at www.centralbidding.com. Sealed bids must be marked “Sealed Bid due 1:30 P.M., Wednesday, June 1, 2011” on the envelope. The Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all non-responsive bids.
