Sealed Bids will be received in the Purchasing Department of the Rapides Parish School Board, in the Rapides Parish School Board Office Building, Sixth and Beauregard Streets, Alexandria, Louisiana until
May 28, 2024 at 2:00 P.M.
Purchase of Bus Maintenance Parts and Supplies
(BID NO 25-07)
After stamping to acknowledge timely receipt, the bids will be publicly opened and read by the Executive Committee and/or staff of the Rapides Parish School Board. Sole responsibility for proper delivery of bid is that of the bidder. Any offer received after closing time, May 28, 2024 at 2:00 P.M., will be returned unopened.

All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of $1,000.00 and must be in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, Bank Money Order or Bid Bond written by a company licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana.
Awards will not be made on the date of the bid opening, but will be awarded by the School Board at a later meeting.
Subject to the provisions of R.S. 38:2211 et. Seq, the Rapides Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
