Notice is hereby given that the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad Commission for the Port of New Orleans (“NOPB”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (“Respondents”) to provide Weed and Vegetation Herbicide Application services (“Services”).

PROPOSAL Submission: Proposals must be submitted electronically on March 4, 2024 at 10:00 am at www.centralbidding.com (“Central Bidding”).  For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, contact Central Bidding at (225) 810-4814.  The NOPB shall not be responsible if a proposer cannot complete or submit an electronic bid. Any proposal received after the Proposal Submission Deadline will not be considered. Respondents shall follow the instructions given in this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to respond with a valid proposal for evaluation by the Evaluation Committee.
