Sealed bids will be received by the Port of Greater Baton Rouge, Purchasing
Department, 2425 Ernest Wilson Drive, Post Office Box 380, Port Allen, Louisiana, until
MONDAY, 10:30 A.M., JUNE 5, 2023, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read for:
TELESCOPIC BOOM LIFT
CONTRACT PROPOSAL # 2023-5-5
 
LOCATED: WEST BATON ROUGE PARISH
 
All bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Contracting Agency. No bids will be received after 10:30 A.M. June 5, 2023.
 
Proposal documents along with accompanying specifications may be obtained by contacting Rose Biscoe, Purchasing Agent for the Port of Greater Baton Rouge at (225) 342-1660.
 
Bid documents will not be issued nor will technical questions and/or requests for clarification be answered later than 72 hours prior to the time set for bid submittal.
 
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on grounds of race, color, sex or national original. Disadvantaged businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids.
 
The Port of Greater Baton Rouge reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities.
