Request for Proposal (RFP) for Mitigation and Remediation Services for RPSB Facilities (RFP#24-00)
 
Rapides Parish School Board is soliciting proposals from qualified proposers for Mitigation and Remediation Services for RPSB Facilities.
 
Proposals will be accepted in the Purchasing Department at the Rapides Parish School Board Building, Sixth and Beauregard Streets in Alexandria, LA until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 27, 2023.  Proposals received after the stated due date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
 
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly printed on the outside with:
the Vendor’s Name
the RFP Name -   RFP 24-00: Mitigation and Remediation Services for RPSB Facilities 
Rapides Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause and to make an award in the best interest of the board, consistent with applicable laws, which is deemed to be in the best interests of Rapides Parish School Board.
 
All submissions become property of Rapides Parish School Board and will not be returned.
 
All costs associated with the submission preparation will be borne by the submitting proposer.
