BIDS FOR 
MRI REPLACEMENT AND
MISCELLANEOUS FINISH UPGRADES
FOR NORTH OAKS MEDICAL CENTER
                                                                                
will be received and opened on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., in the Training Auditorium of the North Oaks Outpatient Diagnostic Center, located at 15837 Paul Vega MD Drive, Hammond, LA 70403.  Bids will be addressed to North Oaks Health System, and will be publicly opened and read at the time and date above mentioned.
 
The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the above Owner and to furnish all the materials, perform all of the work, supervise, coordinate, administrate and be responsible for the work. 
 
A cashier's or certified check, payable without recourse to North Oaks Health System or acceptable surety bid bond in an amount not less than 5% and of the largest possible bid must accompany each bid as a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute bonds in forms as outlined in the Specifications.  A performance bond and a payment bond with each in an amount of 100% of the contract will be required to be furnished by the successful bidder, and all costs in connection with such bonds shall be paid by the successful bidder.
