The Parish of East Feliciana is requesting proposals from experienced firms to enter into a pre- event contract at no immediate cost to the Parish for the following services. Contractors shall provide services of DISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES for the clean-up, demolition, removal, reduction and disposal of debris resulting from a natural or manmade disaster as directed by the Parish in order to eliminate immediate threats to the public health and safety. Also required is the elimination of immediate threats of significant damage to improve public or private property and that which is considered essential to ensure economic recovery of the affected community. Contractors shall also provide disaster recovery technical program management assistance to Parish officials. One or more proposers may be selected to provide differing elements or levels of scope of work in accordance with the capabilities and extent of involvement each respondent proposes. At the discretion of the Owner, the successful Contractor(s) may be awarded a contract for one (1) year with two (2) subsequent one (1) year renewals permissible, upon mutual written agreement and, approval of Owner. [email protected]. Proposals will be opened at 10:45am on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 and evaluated based off the scoring criteria detailed in the packet. Deadline for submission is Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 10:00am.
