NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Washington County, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids or electronic bids from interested persons for the labor and install of flooring at the Department of Human Services building located in Greenville, MS.  
Specifications listed below:
·       Install of American Olean 18x18 Porcelain Tile (Approximately 25,501 SQF)
·       Removal of Old Carpet
·       Removal of all furnishings, desk, tables, chairs, and refrigerators
·       Include all labor and material needed
Any and all bids must be in writing on the vendor’s letterhead and must be signed and dated and placed in a sealed envelope marked “Install of DHS Flooring”, and submitted to and received by the Chancery Clerk of Washington County, Mississippi, at 900 Washington Avenue, Greenville, Mississippi, 38701, by and not later than 5:00 p.m. CDT on Friday March 12, 2021. Electronic bids will be accepted by and not later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday March 12, 2021 at  www.centralauctionhouse.com. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814. Vendors should contact Building and Ground’s Director, Donald Davis at (662) 820-2521 for a showing of the facility so that you can submit a proper bid.
Proposals will be opened at the meeting of the Board of Supervisors after 10:00 a.m. CDT on Monday, March 15, 2021.
The above described project will be awarded to the lowest and best proposal received. The Board of Supervisors of Washington County, Mississippi, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received.
