The Tate County Board of Supervisors will receive sealed quotes in the office of the County Administrator located AT 910 E.F. Hale Drive, Senatobia, MS  38668 until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 14, 2020 for DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS on Palestine Road NRCS Project Number NR204423XXXXC001.  If Quote is submitted via email, it may be emailed prior to 10:00  a.m. to Cole Massie, Tate County Administrator at [email protected]. The work consists of removal of all existing riprap and replacing it under S-201-A (Clearing and Grubbing) before the borrow is placed; the new concrete apron is poured; the new riprap is placed; and the 24" pipe and elbow are installed.  The work also consists of removing all the existing material in the roadbed down to the bottom of the existing pipe.  Once the old pipe is removed by Tate County (allow two days) the material removed shall be placed and compacted to the grades to be determined by the County Engineer.  Once these grades are constructed, Tate County will install the new 72" pipe.  After the new 72" pipe is installed by Tate County, the remaining material shall be placed and compacted to within 14" of the finished roadway grade.

All traffic control or lane closures shall be provided by the successful bidder.

The Quoter needs to be aware that all work shall be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from Notice to Proceed.   A 100% Payment and Preformance Bond will be required and included in the total quote.
