Sealed Bids for Streetlighting Upgrade, Camp Beauregard, Pineville, LA will be received by the Louisiana Military Department, Construction & Facilities Management Office, Building 420 F Street, Camp Beauregard, Pineville, La 71360 until 2:00 p.m. CDT on Thursday October 8, 2009.

A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. CDT on Thursday, October 01, 2009 at the Construction & Facilities Management Office Conference Room, 420 F Street, Camp Beauregard, Pineville, LA. Attendance at this conference is required. Prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid conference in order to submit a bid. The Military Department and CFMO point of contact is SGT Lowe, 318-290-5324.

All Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security equal to five (5%) of the Base Bid and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond.

The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond, written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana, equal to 100 % of the Contract amount.

No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of Bids.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids.
