ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

County of Monroe


Sealed or electronic bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Monroe County, Mississippi, until 9:00 a.m. on March 4, 2024, at the Monroe County Chancery Building at 201 West Commerce Street, Aberdeen, MS 39730 for the purchase of One (1) 2023 or newer Wheel Loader with 500 hours or less, with delivery of said Wheel Loader to be F.O.B., Monroe County Road Department, 101 Hwy 8 West, Aberdeen, Mississippi.

Unit must carry the manufacturer’s standard new machine warranty and must have at least a Premier Warranty through 7/30/2026 or 6000 hours whichever comes first.  Dealer must provide cost for extended warranty.

Specifications are on file in the Chancery Clerk's Office, 201 West Commerce Street, Aberdeen, MS 39730 or Road Manager's Office, 101 Hwy 8 West, Aberdeen, MS 39730.  All bids submitted must be sealed and clearly labeled on the outside of the bid envelope "2023 or newer Wheel Loader with 500 hours or less bid to be opened March 4, 2024".

Sealed bids must be filed with the Clerk of the Board or by electronic submission on or before said bid time.  The Monroe County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
