The Central Community School System will receive sealed bids for the Child Nutrition Program for the purchase of fresh produce for the 2023-2024 School Year. 
 
Bids will be opened at 10:00 am on the following dates:  July 11, 2023;  August 22, 2023; September 19, 2023; October 17, 2023; November 14, 2023; January 23, 2024; February 20, 2024; March 19, 2024; May 21, 2024.
 
The deadline for submitting questions concerning these bids will be one week prior to the bid opening.  Written responses will be provided no later than 5 days prior to bid opening.  There is no pre-bid conference required. 
 
Specifications will be available to vendors until 10:00 am CST on the dates listed above.     
 
The bid openings will be held at the Central Community School Board Office, located at 11576 Sullivan Road, Baton Rouge, La., 70818 at 10:00 am CST on the dates listed above.  If there are any questions, please call 225-650-2919.  The public is invited to all bid openings. Vendors’ attendance is not require at the bid opening.
