Evangeline Parish School District is seeking category two services for Internal Connections for all eligible E-Rate entities and/or Non-Instructional Facilities (NIFs) as noted on the 2023-2024 E-Rate Eligible Services List. Evangeline Parish is seeking proposals from E-Rate Eligible Vendors for the following: EPSD is requesting Category 2 products to enhance the existing wireless network.

 EVANGELINE PARISH SCHOOL BOARD AKA “DISTRICT”  is seeking proposals for Category 2 Products and Services. As of October 1, 2023, the DISTRICT reported an enrollment of 5,726 PK-12 students. 

The DISTRICT seeks bids for E-Rate eligible internal connections, licenses, support warranties, and renewal of licenses. 

Bids may be uploaded to http://centralauctionhouse.com (Please check the site in ADVANCE for rules and fees for uploading to the bidding site(s). Submissions must be received before Monday, January 22, 2024 at 2:00 PM (CST).
