Sealed bids will be recieved in the Avoyelles Parish School Board Office until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday March 20th, 2024 for furniture, furnishings and services for public school cafeterias of Avoyelles Parish.  Specifications are on file in the School Board Office and can be obtained by contacting Jenny Welch, Supervisor of School Food Service. 
The Avoyelles Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids to waive informalities.
