In the introduction there is a mention of "bulk fuel set forth in this item bid", since this bid is for pumps, is this an error. What are the insurance requirements? Since this bid is for the purchase of pumps only, with no labor requirements, is a Contractor's License required?

Good Morning, Will the City accept bids for an equal grinder pump brand? Thanks for your consideration.
