The Avoyelles Parish School Board (hereafter referred to as the School Board) solicits proposals
from qualified vendors an integrated system that utilizes GPS tracking, student identification
cards and scanning route optimization and a parent app to improve school bus transportation
services.
I. Submission of Proposals
Sealed proposals are due by the close of business (1:30 pm) on June 20, 2023. Please send
your sealed proposal to Thelma J. Prater, Assistant Superintendent at the office of the
Avoyelles Parish School Board located at 221 Tunica Drive, Marksville, LA 71351. Proposals
sent via email shall be sent to [email protected]. Faxed proposals will not be accepted.

1.) There are several areas within the APSB BusView Bid document that reference a requirement to “follow the format as outlined”. This is addressed in XII. Technical Proposal, #3, #5 and #11, but a format is not provided. The bid document is blank after #11. Can you please provide the missing criteria and any forms required by the district?

Please explain the route structure for your bus runs. Are you picking up K-12 all in one bus run? Do you pick up high school students and drop them off, then pick up middle school students and drop off, and then elementary school?
