AVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Hamilton Christian Academy School does hereby Request Proposals and will open on:

1. Tuesday, May 7, 2024

2. At Hamilton Christian Academy (HCA), 1415 8th St. Lake Charles, LA. 70601, at 2:15 o'clock p.m., Central Standard Time

3. RFP's will be accepted no later than 5:00 o'clock p.m. local time on Thursday, June 6, 2024.

4. For the following item(s): The assessment of damages to public facilities and infrastructure caused by Hurricane Laura; recommend actions for repair, upgrade, or mitigation; prepare exhibits and other documents; develop Construction Plans, Specifications, Cost Estimates, Mitigation Actions, Bid and Construction Documents; Construction Management; and perform other related services, for FEMA CAT E projects 167521

5. All proposals must be submitted on forms contained in the RFQ, which may be obtained by contacting the Hamilton Christian Academy (HCA) Office, located at 1415 8th St. Lake Charles, LA. 70601, or by calling (337) 660-3222, or electronically at www.centralbidding.com

Firms or companies desiring to provide services, as described in the Scope of Work, shall submit their proposal to Scott Werner by one of the following methods:
