REVERSE AUCTION HELP/FAQ
REVERSE AUCTION INFORMATION:

The Jackson County School District will accept un-priced proposals for the purchase of food service equipment in conjunction with the commercial renovation of Vancleave Upper Elementary Cafeteria until 5:00PM, Wednesday, January 30, 2019,  to the Child Nutrition office at 13724 Hwy57, Vancleave, MS 39565, or online at www.centralbidding.com.  Submissions will be evaluated, and qualified vendors will be invited to submit priced proposals via reverse auction.  The Electronic Reverse Auction will be held Wednesday, February 6, 2019 from 9:00-9:30AM CST. 

The bid documents and specifications may be obtained from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com for a fee or by contacting the Child Nutrition Director, Ashley Harris by phone at (228) 826-2133 ext. 1201. Inquiries regarding the project specifications contact Ashley Harris, Director of Child Nutrition, at the following email:  [email protected].   For any questions relating to the reverse auction process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814. The right to reject any/and all bids, waive informalities, extend the prequalification timeline, and to accept the lowest/best bid proposal is reserved by the Board of Trustees of the Jackson County School District.
