2007 FUNGIBILITY PROJECT PART 1 DRAINAGE MODIFICATION
LA 4-2 HIGH SCHOOL PARK

1. Sealed bids for “2007 Fungibility Project Part 1 Drainage Modification High School Park LA4-2” will be received by: LAKE CHARLES HOUSING AUTHORITY, 800 Bilbo St., Lake Charles, LA. 70601 until 12:00 noon April 28, 2011 at the small courtroom on the second floor of 800 Bilbo Street, Lake Charles, LA and then at said room publicly opened and consecutively read aloud.
2. The Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other Bid Documents may be examined at the following: BROSSETT ARCHITECT, LLC, 414 Pujo St., Lake Charles, LA 70601, (337) 439-8400 or (337) 439-8401 fax.
3. Copies of the contract documents may be obtained at the office of Brossett Architect, LLC on or after March 1, 2011.. A deposit of One Hundred dollars $100.00 will be charged for one set of Contract Documents issued to General Contractors who are bona fide bidders. This deposit is fully refundable to Prime Bidders provided the documents are returned complete and in good condition within ten (10) days of receiving of bid proposals. (Fifty percent refundable to all others.)
