Due to the importance of all bidders having a clear understanding of the specifications and scope of work requirements in certain solicitations, attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference held at the Jackson School Complex, 3501 Hwy 10, Jackson, LA on Monday, April 26, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. is a prerequisite for submitting a bid. Bids will only be accepted from those who are represented at the bid conference. Attendance at the pre-bid conference will be evidenced by the representative's signature on the attendance roster.
