REQUEST FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the Neshoba County School District will receive competitive sealed bids at the Central Office of the Neshoba County School District located at 508 East Main Street, Philadelphia, Mississippi 39350 until 11:00 a.m. on the 5th Day of February, 2025 for the design and installation of a new District wide intercom system.
Detailed specifications for the above described system, hardware and services may be obtained from Central Bidding (www.centralbidding.com) or from our website www.neshobacentral.com. All bids must be submitted as set forth in the full specifications and Neshoba County School District shall determine if compliance with the specifications exists before considering any bid.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS
All bidders shall be required to attend a mandatory vendor walkthrough on the campus of the Neshoba County School District on January 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. All responses to the solicitation for said District wide intercom system shall be returned, with detailed proposals by 11:00 a.m., local time on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 in a sealed envelope marked “NCSD 2025 Intercom and Communication Systems Project” at the Central Office at 508 East Main Street, Philadelphia, Mississippi 39350.
It shall be incumbent upon each bidder to understand the specifications and requirements as listed herein and to obtain clarification when necessary, including visiting the facilities and staff to inspect and determine necessary information. Proposals and Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days.
The Neshoba County School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, waive technicalities, informalities, or irregularities in the bids received, solicit new bids or to choose that bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Neshoba County School District.
