The successful quoting entity shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written as
described in the Instructions for Quote Proposals included in the Quote Documents for this project.
The quoting entity must be a Contractor licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 in any of the following
classifications:
Heavy Construction, Municipal and Public Works Construction
The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all quotes.
