REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR
INSTALLATION OF TELEPHONE AND INTERCOM SYSTEM AT L.S. RUGG ELEMENTARY (RFP#18-72)
 
Proposals should be in a sealed envelope/box, clearly marked with the following:

Sealed proposals will be received from qualified proposers until June13, 2018 at 10:00am. Late proposals arriving after the stated due date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
 
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at L.S. Rugg Elementary on May 30, 2018 at 10:00am. Proposals will not be accepted from vendors having not attended this meeting.
